Annual Symposia

Client Objective:

Coordinate Annual Symposia for major medical meeting on behalf of pharmaceutical firm to gather exposure and interest in selected pharmaceuticals.

BEC coordinated:

• Planned American Geriatrics Society (AGS) 2004.
• Ensured attendance from meeting attendees. (320 attendees 86% prescribers).
• Developed presentation materials.
• Created and distributed all promotional and educational materials (i.e signs, invitations, handouts, booklets, and other materials.)
• Professionals received Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits.

Conclusion for 2003-2004 lectures:

• 273 MDs, GNPs, Physician Assistants attended the AGS meal-time symposia (86% of total audience).
